Real life experiences
This page reports real life experiences about using A/DeMuDi on music projects and live performances.
Please contact info@agnula.org if you want to publish your report here on how you actually use A/DeMuDi.
A Newbie's Tale Most of this isn't specifically about A/DeMuDi, but I've included it in case it's useful or an entertaining distraction from more serious documentation. Dedicated to anyone who is suffering hair-loss over configuration issues.
Musicians Opensrc Org
There is a wiki at http://musicians.opensrc.org/ whose aim is to collect real life experiences, music, setup information, and "modus operandi" of musicians working with open source software. Some of them clearly state they use A/DeMuDi:
JP Mercury
JP Mercury, author of the wonderful Freewheeling looping sampler, is also using A/DeMuDi as his operating system of choice. You can listen to the Improvised Music he made with Freewheeling.
At the moment Freewheeling isn't included in A/DeMuDi, but Paul Brossier (aka piem) has made a set of testing packages for debian, including Freewheeling. Look here for instructions on how to add Piem's repository to your A/DeMuDi system.
